We deliver and walk you through it

Fuelled, checked and dropped at your door in your slot, with a quick demo and a one‑page safety sheet. Need it first thing in the morning? We drop it the evening before at no extra charge and your rental day starts the next morning.

Weekly rentals deliver free in Zones 1–2. Want a tighter window? +$25 for a 2‑hour window, +$45 for 1 hour (evenings and weekends). Weekend rate: delivered Friday after 4 pm, collected Sunday evening – or leave it out for pickup before 7 am Monday – for 1.5 × the day rate.

Need it first thing on a weekday?

We drop it the evening before at no extra charge and your rental day starts the next morning – so a 7 am start is never a problem.

Collections don't need you home. Leave it where we dropped it and we'll pick it up.

Good to know

When do you deliver?

Weekday evenings 3:30–9 pm in every zone, a few early weekday drops 5:45–6:30 am in Langley, Aldergrove, Cloverdale and Surrey (quick handover at the door; book by 8 pm the night before), and 7 am–9 pm on weekends and holidays. Order by 6 pm and it's there the same evening. A day rental runs evening to evening – or morning to evening if you take an early drop – so you always get a full working day. Tri‑Cities, Burnaby, Richmond and Vancouver: evenings and weekends.

Do I need a truck or a trailer hitch?

No. Everything is delivered and collected by us. The only exception is the dump trailer at the day rate: we drop it at your site and you tow it from there (2‑5/16" ball, 7‑pin plug and a brake controller needed) – or take the mini‑bin package and we handle all of it.

What is the mini‑bin package?

Our 6 × 12 ft dump trailer dropped at your place for 48 hours. You fill it, we pick it up and haul it to the transfer station. $249 in Zone 1 ($279 Zone 2, $329 Zone 3, $379 Zone 4) including delivery, pickup and one dump run; extra days $60. Disposal is a flat $120 for yard waste (up to 850 kg) or $250 for mixed renovation debris (up to 1,250 kg), plus $20 per 100 kg over that; heavy or sorted loads (concrete, soil, gravel, drywall) are weighed and billed at cost with the receipt. Most mini‑bins go out Thursday or Friday evening and come back on the weekend, when we run the load to the transfer station. Max load 3,000 kg – about 2 cubic yards of soil or gravel, or a level box of light reno debris (heavy material like concrete or drywall: no more than a third of the box).

What do I need to rent?

Government photo ID, a credit card for the refundable deposit (held, not charged) and a signed rental agreement – all done online before we arrive.

Is fuel included?

Gas equipment arrives with a full tank. Return it full or we refuel it at cost plus a small service charge.

What if it rains or plans change?

Cancel or move your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before delivery. Need it longer? Text us and we'll extend it at the best rate.

What does the damage waiver cover?

Accidental damage during normal use, so you're not on the hook for a repair bill. It doesn't cover theft, loss, misuse or running the machine without oil – a GPS tracker rides on the trailer and splitter.
